What exactly is the Fit & Fab Recorded Program? 🔻
This program subscription gives you access to 16 recorded strength training workouts, for 4 weeks. Each month, your subscription will renew at $67. If you'd like it to renew for a discounted rate of $39, I'll send you a discount code! Send an email to [email protected] to set that up for you.
Just remember, the more months you do, the more progress you'll see!
Each workout is 60 minutes long, and a recorded version of me is training with you the whole time.
You get 16 total workouts to complete in 4 weeks.
You get access to 4 new workouts at the beginning of each week (not all at the same time!)
